The Bissell ProHeat electric carpet and floor washers offer a full line up of models and accessories for home use. The latest additions have brought the model line to five. Each version has available accessories that are reflected in the relative pricing of each model.

There is the ProHeat 9200 in either blue or titanium versions that offer value and versatility. Each model comes with accessories and the titanium offers a second bare floor cleaning attachment for scrubbing bare flooring instead or carpeting. Priced near $250.00 these machines will do basic cleaning of carpets and flooring while offering a port to connect hoses and attachments for cleaning upholstery and curtains.
The ProHeat Select 9400 comes with a nine foot hose, a hand cleaning attachment and a high temperature setting that will increase the water temperature by as much a twenty five degrees. This allows a deeper cleaning and the twelve row power brush will get deep into carpet piles to bring up the dirt and debris. Also available is a stair cleaning attachment and an upholstery sprayer for getting tough stains out of fabric seat covers and cushions. There is also a Select Pet 9400 available that contains special Microban protection from bacteria and other materials that may be contained in stains created by pets. The Select series models range from $249 to $289.00.
The Bissell ProHeat 2X completes the lineup of cleaners. This cleaner offers a special gauge that will indicate when there is fluid in both the water and solution tanks and will be activated when the cleaning trigger is in operation. This provides an indication that cleaning is taking place. There is also the DryAire feature that directs warm air out the rear of the machine to aid in the drying process. The manufacturer’s suggested price on this model is $349.00.
